Refund policy

This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and 
procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein. 
We are currently shipping in the US only. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days (same day and next day shipping). Once shipped, wait times vary depending on your 
region and the shipping method you chose. 
Delivery Terms: 
We use USPS, as shipping providers. 
Shipping costs are shown upfront when you pick a shipping method during the check-out 
process. 
All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the 
shipping confirmation e-mail. 
Change of Delivery Address: 
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order.


Cancellations:

There are no cancellations allowed after 24 hours.You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.After 24 hours or once the order has been processed or shipped no cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit: 
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the 
courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without  you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
